I have Lilith on this degree, which has many meanings (ironically) but the one that resonates for me is that it is something we need to give up - a belief that makes us suffer.
I had a lot of difficulty trying to understand this symbol - could it be that the bomb explodes but doesn't destroy anything, or even backfires on the lobber? Could it be that the bomb is unexploded? Since the word explosion is in the symbol, I decided that for me, the non-destructive explosion is the idea that resonates.
Therefore I need to give up the idea that any bombs I drop will be harmless. That any flares I throw out won't need any damage control. Lilith tells me to be very careful about what I say and do, because they have consequences and affect people. I can understand this symbol being in Aries, because Aries tends to get away with Aries self-orientation. Aries can throw bombs and get away with it, it's no big deal, nobody else gets hurt. Unless you have Lilith on this!
I also see this symbol playing out in my dealings with my children. I yell at them a hundred times to be quiet or go to bed or whatever and does it make any difference? Nope! They will still be loud and not sleep, except after a hundred times of yelling, my relationship with them gets hurt (and yes, they are hurt from being yelled at). So this symbol has a real can't beat 'em, join 'em feel to it.
Does any part of the symbol resonate with you?
