Gemini 16-17 The Head Of Health Dissolved Into The Head Of Mentality

I have a friend with Saturn on this degree. She has three sons and the eldest one is very immature. She constantly worries about him as he doesn't seem to be able to "grow up" and take responsibility for himself. I note that her South node is in Cancer which is about nurturing, and her North node is in Capricorn (career, "out of the home"). I wonder if she stops "nurturing" her sons, they will learn to take care of themselves? When she moves along her path of spiritual progression, she may find her worries lifted concerning this degree?
