Sagittarius 11-12 A Flag That Turns Into An Eagle That Crows

I have Neptune on this degree, close to my Midheaven. I'm not really sure what Neptune does or means, so I just look at this planet as a point of intensity. To me this symbol means a couple of things:

1/ When I see signs from the universe, I feel I am very good at interpreting their meanings. Kind of like translating signs (flags) into spiritual meaning (eagle) and sharing it with others (rooster crowing that the sun is up).

2/ As it is close to my Midheaven, my fortune arrives if I can creatively change one thing into another for others. For example, I have recently finished a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I have pitched a course to my local Community College and they have accepted it to run for early 2016. I have changed a qualification (flag) into a creative idea for a course (eagle) that I pitched for others (crowing).
In a sense this website does the same thing - interpreting symbols (flag into eagle) and sharing with others on the internet (crowing).

In general this symbol basically seems to be a very creative one for me.
