One of the first poems I wrote and published, when I was only 15, I titled Self-Created. It was about being a sculptor with a knife sculpting myself (a line from my poem was, "Perhaps the blade slipped/ and cut too deeply) and cutting away the dross. This symbol really speaks to me, as does the fact that this degree was the Galactic Center when I was born, and indeed a channel for both light and dark forces.
